As I read this poem again tonight, it brings tears to my eyes. Sadly, this kind of thing happens all of the time. Sometimes it is the spectators, fellow teammates and sometimes it is even the coach. Too many times we forget to put ourselves in that child's shoes. They know the pressure! Why can't we just support and lift them up.
